Mr. Dudley James Quinlivan is a talented businessman turned literacy advocate. The Managing Director of Rabeck International, Dudley Quinlivan oversees the development and marketing of The DD Code English Language Learning System, a system of products dedicated to helping people learn the English language. Rabeck International holds the worldwide marketing rights to The DD Code. Through Rabeck International, Dudley Quinlivan has successfully led the launch of several pilot courses throughout Australia and New Zealand and will be testing the program in countries such as South Africa and China within the next year.

The success of The DD Code inspired Dudley Quinlivan to further the cause of global literacy by bringing The DD Code to areas that do not have the means to access the tools necessary for learning English. As the Founder of the foundation, Dudley Quinlivan assists in bringing specialized literary courses based on The DD Code to indigenous communities throughout Australia free of charge.

Before beginning his charitable endeavors through Rabeck International and the foundation, Dudley Quinlivan was an established businessman in the property development industry. A devoted member of his community, Dudley Quinlivan makes generous monetary donations to local organizations, such as the Variety Club, Surfers Paradise Australian Football Club, the Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club, Mudgeeraba State School, and the Gold Coast Blaze Basketball Team.

Mr. Dudley Quinlivan currently lives in South-East Queensland, Australia.
